Howard K. Stern the attorney for Anna Nicole Smith a past boyfriend and one of the attorneys in her extended multi million dollar trusts and estates litigation of which he would have receive a percentage on contingency prior to it being thrown out and her estate scheduled to receive nothing now has another problem to worry about. He was also being charged with crimes in how Anna Nicole Smith received all the medications that she did and in various names and another past boyfriend who was supposedly a witness in the case had filed a police report that said he was intimidating and threatening the witness.
The boyfriend in South Carolina had a Myspace message that said you are in over your head. You are being watched. Keep a look out before everything comes crashing down on you. Attorney Stern claims he would not know how to send a Myspace message as he does not have an account. The police are investigation.
